THE GRAND BALL AT WILLOW MANOR
( I've been invited to a wonderful gala at Willow Manor)

( Now, where could my date have gone to? Why is that dashing Scotsman still following me?)

( Oh! There's my date!!!)

( Gary, you look smashing.)

( What do you think of my gown? )

Even with the mask, I could still recognize you, Rebecca! And Mr. Connery is following you around like a little puppy! He's smitten. You look simply ravishing in this red gown, daaaaling!! Mind if I take a turn around the floor with your dashing Mr. Oldman?

Willow, the lovely hostess can certainly take a turn with my date. That will free up Sir Anthony for a spin with me...So enchanting..

Woo hoo! Rebecca, that's a hot number, isn't it? You must be fighting them off!
Do you mind if I have a little twirl with Gary? I've admired him since way back (I even found him sexy as Dracula!)

You do look lovely. Pop over to Poetikat's and check out my bohemian Edwardian dress (don't look at my head)!

Oh wow Rebecca, that dress! That date! I can see why Sean insists in following you...he can't stop himself.

ps Don't let Muse Swings hear of it thought. You know how jealous she is.

Cynthia, was looking for Sean a moment ago! Wait a minute, one of Lavinia's beau's has swept her onto the dance floor - you're safe for the moment! :-)

Your gown is just stunning! And your date - perfect! Thank you for leaving Sean free to spend the evening with me. I did have to attach him to my wrist corsage to keep him from following you around though. He loves red dresses and is planning to dance with you when the band plays "Lady in Red" just for you!

Love the pics. I saw the play The King and I with Yul Brynner in San Francisco for my 18th birthday almost 30 years ago. yikes! It was absolutely amazing.

I too love tea and have High Tea parties also.

It must be a woman thing, but whoever Gary is, you rally think he looks good? He looks awful to me--like he just woke up and didn't wash his hair! Ha...or should I say, Ugh!

MMM..You are too funny...It's British actor, Gary Oldman...I guess i definitely is a woman thing though my husband does think he is an exceptional actor...Sorry, but I guess I've never quite fancied the Brad Pitt pretty boy types;^)
